“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” Matthew 11:28

The world is full of so many trials and temptations that we cannot find that place of bliss, where we can communicate and find God. We strife with wickedness, betrayal, pestilence and we forget to take these problems to Jesus, in whom all things were created (Be it principalities, powers of darkness or bosses). John 1:1

Remember, these are the devices of the enemy: to take believers off the way of truth. To bring us to the place where we cannot hear or see God. To take us to the place where we forget the awesome wonders of God's presence. Making God smaller in our eyes.

That is why as Christians we need to wear the full armour of God; the shield of faith, the belt of truth, the helmet of salvation, shodded with the gospel of truth (Ephesians 6:13-19). As the Bible states that the word of God is the lamp unto our feet.

And for you.to conquer the wiles of Satan, you must:

1. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ: The first gateway to conquer the wiles of the enemy is to believe in the Lord Jesus. As it is stated in the book of Romans 10:9, that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

2. Be set apart from the ways of the world: The Bible says in the book of Psalms 24:4 that only one with clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully shall receive the righteousness of God. Jesus Christ says that darkness and light have nothing in common. As children of God, we should be holy as God is holy.

3. Be in the Presence of God: In the holy of holies: this is the place of worship. The place where God abides in you and sets you above principalities and power of darkness (Psalm, Revelation), where no demon, no principality, no height can destroy you. Paul and Silas were in that realm where the angel of God opened their prison door. The place where you just praise God and become one with him.

Only with these things, would we find rest. Yaweh called his children to enter into his rest. He is doing the same today. Calling in all who are tired, heavy burdened to seek him, fellowship with him that you will be holy ghost filled, that you will find peace that surpaseth all understanding. That your will be one with him.

Brothers and sisters, it is only in the presence of God that we experience total calm and quietness.
